REFUND & REPRINT POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every MGX product. Because our items are made-to-order, we offer refunds and reprints only in the case of defects or production errors.

🛠️ Refunds & Reprints (30 Days)

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a production issue:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or reprint.

Please email us at freshandfitmerch@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses submitted at checkout
  • Low-resolution artwork provided by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or size exchanges (please double-check your size before ordering)

If you were approved for a refund but haven’t received it:

  1. Check your bank or card account
  2. Contact your bank or card company (some refunds take time to process)
